Explore this structureThe PAQIVA decision method
Good results come from connected decisions.
A paper bag is one system. Select a decision to see what we examine and why it changes the next part of the brief.

Decision 01
Size & structure
What we look at
Front length (L), side width (W), height (H), opening, base and overall proportions.
Why it affects the next decision
These dimensions determine capacity and overall proportions, then guide the handle, paper and reinforcement decisions that follow.
A working process you can inspect
Four checkpoints from enquiry to shipment.
The complete eight-step workflow is grouped into four phases so the brief, visual preparation, sample approval and delivery hand-offs stay easy to follow.
01Enquiry & quotation
Share what is known—and what is still open. The quotation is shaped around the bag, contents, artwork, quantity and destination.
02Dieline & visual preparation
Start with a free custom-size blank dieline. Simple layout and digital rendering support are also available.
03Physical sample & approval
A real sample is made and can be reviewed and approved using the mailed sample, photographs or video, as agreed for the project.
04Production, QC & shipping
After approval, bulk production begins. Relevant checks follow the agreed specification before shipping is arranged around the confirmed route and trade term.
Common questions
Before you enquire.
What can I customise on my paper bags?
Bag size, paper, handles, logo printing and finishes can be developed around your product and brand. Share your preferred style or a reference; the quotation confirms which materials and details suit the selected construction and quantity.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Custom orders can start from 100 bags for suitable styles and specifications. The applicable minimum depends on the selected construction, materials and finishes and is confirmed in your quotation. Larger quantities can be quoted around the same project requirements.
Do you sell ready-made bags?
PAQIVA paper bags are made to order. Each project is quoted around the agreed size, materials, artwork and quantity; we do not hold finished bags for immediate purchase.
What do you need to prepare a quote?
Start with the bag style or a reference, approximate quantity and any sizes or artwork you already have. Tell us what the bag will carry if you need help with the specification. You can add delivery details when known and leave other decisions open.
Can you help with the dieline and design?
Yes. We provide a free blank dieline to your confirmed bag size and construction for your designer to use. Simple layout and digital rendering support are also available, with the scope, any charges and revisions agreed for the project.
Can I check a sample before bulk production?
Yes. A physical sample is made before bulk production, with approval by mailed sample, photographs or video as agreed for your project. Sample costs, preparation time and delivery arrangements are confirmed separately.
Can you arrange international shipping?
Shipping can be arranged by sea, rail, air or international courier. EXW, FOB, CIF, DAP and DDP are available according to the order and destination. The quotation confirms the applicable route, named place, costs and responsibilities.
Start with a question
Talk through your project with a paper bag specialist.
A finished specification is not required. Share the product, approximate quantity and the questions you want help with so we can identify the next useful decision.

Decision 01
Size & structure
What we look at
Front length (L), side width (W), height (H), opening, base and overall proportions.
Why it affects the next decision
These dimensions determine capacity and overall proportions, then guide the handle, paper and reinforcement decisions that follow.

Decision 02
Handle & attachment
What we look at
Handle profile, width, drop, colour and the way it connects to the bag.
Why it affects the next decision
The handle and its attachment change both the outside appearance and the details that need approval inside the top edge.

Decision 03
Paper
What we look at
Paper colour, weight, stiffness, surface and how the sheet works with the selected structure.
Why it affects the next decision
Paper changes print contrast, folding behaviour and whether an added surface treatment is worth considering.

Decision 04
Dieline & artwork preparation
What we look at
Bag dimensions, panel layout, folds, bleed, handle positions, logo placement and supplied artwork.
Why it affects the next decision
A free blank dieline to your bag dimensions helps your designer arrange the artwork. Simple layout and rendering support can help you review the result before sampling.

Decision 05
Finish
What we look at
The desired visual emphasis, handling environment, compatibility and cost trade-off.
Why it affects the next decision
A finish is useful when it serves the brief. It should not be stacked on by default or separated from paper and artwork.

Decision 06
Quantity & destination
What we look at
Order volume, packed configuration, destination, trade term and transport route.
Why it affects the next decision
Commercial and delivery requirements affect what should be quoted and confirmed before sampling and production.

Open decisions are welcome
Start with the product and what you know.
Share what the bag will carry, how it should be presented, the rough quantity and the destination if known. Style, dimensions, paper and finish can remain “Not sure yet”.
