Made around your brief

Choose the grip, size and print.

The grip is developed as part of the bag body, so dimensions, paper structure, print and opening geometry must be reviewed together.

  • Size & proportion

Define front length, side width and height around the contents, with enough space below and around the opening.

  • Paper & colour

Select paper structure and colour with the grip area and intended handling in mind.

  • Print & finish

Coordinate artwork with the opening and available top space, then confirm finishes for the chosen structure.

  • Opening & reinforcement

Discuss shape, size, position, hand clearance and reinforcement, subject to structural review.

Product FAQ

Common questions.

Can I customise the shape and size of the handle opening?

Yes. The opening shape, size and position can be discussed for your bag. It needs enough hand clearance and enough surrounding paper for the intended contents, so the final geometry is confirmed after reviewing the full construction.

How much space should I leave above the products?

Allow room for the grip as well as the packed contents. Send the product dimensions and arrangement so the bag height and opening position can be planned together. The area around the opening should stay usable when the bag is filled.

Will my die-cut handle need reinforcement?

That depends on the paper, opening shape, bag size and expected filled weight. Reinforcement is considered as part of the construction and is not included automatically. Share the carrying requirement so the grip area can be reviewed before sampling.

Can I print close to the handle opening?

Artwork needs to be planned around the agreed cut line, folds and top edge. Finalise the opening first, then arrange the design on the confirmed dieline. Important logos and text should remain clear of the grip and be checked on the sample.

What should I check when trying a die-cut sample?

Place the intended products inside and check that you can grip the opening comfortably. Review hand clearance, product position and the paper around the opening. If carrying performance matters, agree the expected load and the relevant check before production.
