Product FAQ

Common questions.

How do glued-in ribbon handles look different from threaded handles?

The ribbon is secured inside the folded top, so there are no visible pass-through openings on the exterior. Threaded ribbon keeps that connection visible. The finished top edge and inside attachment should be reviewed together on the sample.

Can I add a bow as well as carrying handles?

A bow can be discussed as a separate detail. Tell us whether it is decorative or intended to help close the bag, and specify the carrying ribbon separately. The two functions and their positions are confirmed in the design and sample.

Will I see the ribbon attachment inside the bag?

The inside appearance depends on the selected folded-top construction and fastening. If a clean interior matters to your presentation, include it in the brief and review an inside view of the sample before approving production.

Can I change the ribbon width and handle drop?

Ribbon width, colour, material and finished drop are project choices. Consider how customers will carry the bag and how much room is needed above the contents. The dimensions are reviewed with the folded top and attachment area.

How do you assess the handles for heavier contents?

Start with the expected filled weight and product dimensions. We review the ribbon attachment, paper and bag structure together, and can discuss a basic loaded lifting and gentle shaking check. Confirm any reinforcement and the carrying requirement in the project specification.
