Contact FAQ

Before you send the brief.

Can I enquire before choosing the bag size or style?

Yes. Choose “I need guidance” and describe the product and the result you want. Product dimensions, approximate quantity and a reference image are useful starting points. Details you do not know can stay open for discussion.

What artwork or references should I send?

Email your logo or artwork to Sales@paqiva.com, together with any colour references or examples. If the design is still being developed, explain that in your enquiry. We can prepare a free blank dieline once the size and construction are confirmed.

Can you quote an estimated quantity?

Yes. An estimate is enough to start. Orders can begin from 100 bags for suitable styles and specifications; the quotation confirms the applicable minimum and quantity for your chosen materials, printing and finishes.

How are sample costs and approval arranged?

A physical sample is part of the process before bulk production. Its cost, preparation time and delivery are agreed for the project. Approval can use a mailed sample, photographs or video, depending on the agreed review method.

What if I need the bags for a specific date?

Include the date the bags need to arrive and the delivery destination in your enquiry. Sampling, approval, production and transport all affect the schedule. We review these together before confirming a delivery plan for the project.

Will the quote include shipping and import charges?

That depends on the agreed trade term and destination. Ask for the delivery arrangement you need, and the quotation will specify the transport costs and which charges and responsibilities are included. EXW, FOB, CIF, DAP and DDP can be considered for suitable orders and routes.

How are the paper bags packed for shipment?

We pack paper bags in five-ply corrugated cartons. If you have particular carton, marking or delivery requirements, include them in the enquiry so they can be reviewed with the order and shipping plan.
