PAQIVA is a brand operated by Shenzhen Gaolianshi International Trade Co., Ltd. The company is responsible for the personal information it handles in connection with PAQIVA’s website and business enquiries. Our registered address and privacy contact are shown above.

Information you share with us

When you contact us, we may receive your name, company, email address, country or region, and paper bag project details, such as size, quantity, materials, artwork requirements and delivery destination. We also receive other details you choose to share, such as a phone number, WhatsApp contact or postcode. When file uploads are enabled, you may also send artwork, reference images or other project files.

Website hosting and security services may record technical information such as an IP address, browser type, access time and security logs. We do not ask for sensitive personal information. Please do not include it in an enquiry.

Why we use your information

We use information to answer enquiries, clarify requirements, prepare quotations, discuss samples, production and shipping, and keep necessary business records. Technical information helps operate the website, investigate problems and prevent spam or misuse.

We use Hostinger for website hosting and business email. Relevant information is processed by these services and, where needed, providers supporting website maintenance and security. When the website enquiry form is available, its enquiry records are stored in WordPress and notifications are sent to our business mailbox. We do not currently use a separate CRM system.

Where information is handled

Our company is based in China. If you contact us from another country, your enquiry may be transferred to and handled by our staff in China. Hosting, email and technical providers may process data in other countries or regions, depending on the services and their configuration.

Processing locations depend on the providers and our service configuration; not all information stays in one country. You can contact us with questions about the services involved, where your information is handled and any safeguards applicable to a particular transfer.

How long information is kept

When the website enquiry form is available, its enquiry text and necessary delivery status have no automatic expiry date and remain in WordPress until we manually delete them. When uploads are enabled, attachments pass through private temporary storage for an email delivery attempt and are cleaned up afterwards. Failed or interrupted processing is also covered by cleanup; the website does not provide a permanent attachment archive.

Copies of enquiries and attachments in our email mailbox, quotations and order records are separate from the website's enquiry records. We keep those business records as needed for replies, ongoing projects, disputes and applicable record-keeping obligations. Hosting logs and backups follow separate operational and retention cycles; deleting a website enquiry does not instantly delete mailbox copies or every backup. Contact us if you want us to review or delete information that is no longer needed.

Keeping information secure

We use HTTPS for the website and apply account passwords, access controls and restricted staff access. Attachments are not intended for public download from the website. Please share only files and information needed for your project. No website, email service or method of storage can be guaranteed completely secure.

Cookies and tracking

We have not configured analytics or advertising trackers on this website. When an enquiry is submitted successfully, a necessary cookie called paqiva_receipt lasts up to 15 minutes so the confirmation page can recognise the submission. WordPress also uses cookies for authorised administrator sign-in. Hosting and security services may use necessary technical measures to keep the site working.

You can manage cookies in your browser; blocking necessary cookies may affect sign-in or confirmation messages. If we add non-essential analytics or advertising technologies, we will update this notice and provide any choices or consent controls required by applicable law before enabling them.
