Product FAQ

Common questions.

Can I choose the handle and rivet materials?

The handle and its fasteners are specified separately. Share the handle profile, colour and finish you want; the quotation confirms suitable materials and fastening details for the bag. “Riveted” describes the connection method rather than a particular handle material.

Can the rivet colour and position be customised?

Rivet appearance and placement can be discussed as part of the design. They need to work with the handle width, top edge and artwork, so the final positions and available finish are confirmed with the construction and sample.

What will the back of the rivet look like inside the bag?

The reverse side depends on the selected fastener and attachment. Include any interior appearance or product-clearance requirement in the brief, and review both sides of the connection on the sample before approval.

Are riveted handles a good choice for heavy products?

The whole bag needs to suit the load. Share the filled weight and product dimensions so the handle, fastening area, paper and base can be reviewed together. Visible rivets alone are not a carrying-strength guarantee.

How should I place artwork around the rivets?

Confirm the handle and fastener positions before finalising the design. Use the agreed dieline to keep important text and logos clear of the attachment areas, then check placement on the sample alongside the visible hardware.
