Planning FAQ

Before you choose the bag.

How do I work out the right shopping bag size?

Send the product or retail-box dimensions, the number of items per bag and how they will sit inside. Include any tissue or other packing space you need. These details help define the front length, side width and height before a sample is made.

Which handle style should I choose for my shop?

Consider the filled weight, how customers will carry the bag and the appearance you want. Ribbon, rope, riveted, die-cut, twisted and flat handles have different profiles and attachment details. Send a reference or leave the style open for discussion.

Will the bag need a bottom insert?

Our shopping paper bags usually include a bottom insert to help spread the product weight. The paper, handle and full construction still need to suit the contents. Share the expected filled weight so the base and any other reinforcement can be reviewed together.

How can I keep the paper, handles and printing consistent with my brand?

Share your logo, colour references and the visual result you want. Choose the paper, handle and finishes together, then review them on the project sample. The same colour can appear different across paper, ribbon and printed surfaces.
